Do I still own the designs?
Yes, you still retain all rights to your designs and can request a deletion of all designs that we have stored in order to fulfill your orders
How does payment work?
We simply invoice you monthly for all the orders that we have handled.
Who handles customer requests?
You are in charge of the dialogue with the customers
How does return shipments work?
Return shipments are made to our EU address to save on shipping and to enable us to re-stock the item. The cost of the product is then refunded back to you, while the shipping cost is still paid for by you
What is the estimated time it takes to delivery my order?
We know the value in fast shipping within e-commerce and ship the majority of order within 1-3 business days after recieving the order. In some cases, there might be difficulties with producing the order, which can cause delays
What print types are available?
We currently only support FDM printing as this keeps our prices competitive
Where do you ship from?
We are located in Denmark, and we ship to the entire EU and the Nordics from here.
